Bhanu promoted to Apex scale
M G V K Bhanu , IAS, (RR 1985), Additional Chief Secretary , HAG, Guwahati Development, Urban Development, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Govt of Assam had been promoted and allowed to officiate in the Apex scale Level 17 of the Pay Matrix.
