The Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has secured an order for setting up a 15 MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant (SPV) on Engineering, Construction and Procurement (EPC) basis for Gujarat Alkalies and Chemical Ltd (GACL) at Gujarat SolarPark at Charanka in Gujarat. This will be BHEL’s first ground-mounted solar PV project in Gujarat.
