Dr. Dhiraj Kapur has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director, while Miss Adarshana Vinoth Kumar has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Axentra Corporation Limited. Further, Nirmal De Soysa Cooke has been re-designated as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director from Non-Executive Independent Director.
