Board-level changes at Websol Energy System

Sanjay Kumar has been appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Websol Energy System Limited. Meanwhile, Dinesh Agarwal has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from August 10, 2026. Separately, Rajeewa R. Arya has stepped down from the board after declining re-appointment due to personal reasons, while Ms. Sanjana Khaitan has been re-appointed as a Director.
