Mukund Madhusudan Kabra has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director of Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited with effect from April 1, 2027. Meanwhile, Pradip Bhailal Shah has been appointed as Independent Director of the company, effective June 11, 2031.
