Board reshuffle at Creative Eye Ltd

Ms. Zuby Kochhar has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Executive Director of Creative Eye Limited with effect from June 1, 2026. Meanwhile, Mrs. Asha Choudhary has been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the company. Besides, Charuhas Shantaram Patil (Independent Non-Executive Director), Sanjay Krishna Rane (Non-Independent Non-Executive Director) and Sachin Vaman Devare (Non-Independent Executive Director) have resigned from the Board.
