Books available on e-com platforms, but ministry in denial mode

NCERT had planned to print close to 15 crore textbooks for this session. By early May, barely half 7 to 8 crore had reached the press. According to sources several books are easily available at e-com platforms on an extra payment of Rs 50 to Rs 100 while vendors are still waiting to receive their consignment from NCERT. According to sources several guardians approached the Education Ministry and other concerned authorities but they are still in a denial mode. Now, to whom should the parents complain?
