Britannia elevates Venkataraman as Dy MD

Britannia Industries has re-designated N. Venkataraman Executive Director and CFO as Deputy Managing Director. Venkataraman joined Britannia in April 2007 and in the 19-year tenure, he scaled through key leadership ranks including Director of Finance, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Whole-Time Executive Director & CFO. He has been central to managing Britannia's financial health, structural cost-efficiency initiatives, legal, and secretarial functions. Prior to his term in Britannia, he was also associated with Eicher Motors Limited & Royal Enfield (1995–2007.
