CCME Global Ltd appoints Ami Oza as Chairperson

Ms. Ami Oza has been appointed as an Additional Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of CCME Global Limited. She brings over 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws. Her appointment is for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Meanwhile, Ms. Ritika Agrawal has resigned from the position of Chairperson of the Board and will continue as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company.
