Chander Prakash Bhatia appointed Director (Fin), HOCL

Chander Prakash Bhatia, GM, REC, has been appointed Director (Finance), Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (HOCL). The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
