CM Rao moved as PCME, Southern Railway

CM Rao, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Latur, Integral Coach Factory (ICF), has been transferred to Southern Railway (SR) and posted as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME). He is an  Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
