CPs to head security panels in UP

After the introduction of Commissioner of Police (CP) in UP, powers of CPs has increased. Now CPs will head the district security Committees in Lucknow and Noida. The Committee decides on providing security covers, gunners, to needy. Earlier DMs were heading the panels.
