Cubical Financial Services appoints Manoj Agrawal as MD

Manoj Agrawal has been appointed Managing Director of Cubical Financial Services Limited. Meanwhile, Amit Kumar Saraogi has been appointed as Additional Director (Executive) of the company. In addition, Ms. Ritu Bansal and Shrikrishan Gupta have been appointed Additional Directors (Non-Executive Non-Independent), while Ms. Komal Jain, Sudhanshu Shekhar and Neeraj Bajaj have been appointed Additional Directors (Non-Executive Independent) Directors of the company.

Meanwhile, Ashwani Kumar Gupta has resigned as Managing Director, while Subhash Kumar Changoiwala and Ram Gopal Dalmia have stepped down as Non-Executive Independent Directors. Ms. Jyoti Choudhary has also resigned as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director.
