DC Joshi appointed Judicial Member, NCLT

Deep Chandra Joshi, District Court Judge, has been appointed as Judicial Member in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).  The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
