Dilip Lalchand Parmar appointed Deputy Secretary, Higher Education

Dilip Lalchand Parmar, 2014 batch officer of Indian Ordnance Factory Service (IOFS), has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Higher Education, Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years.
