Former Madhya Pradesh cadre 1981 batch IAS officer Dr Amar Singh is now Advisor for Tourism, Culture and Local Bodies in the Punjab Government. Dr Singh had been Secretary to the then Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh.
