Dr. Amitava Dutt appointed PCMD, Northern Railway

Dr. Amitava Dutt, who is presently serving in Metro Railway, has been transferred to Northern Railway, and posted as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD). He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
