Dr. Bharat Lal appointed PCMD, SECR

Dr. Bharat Lal, who is presently posted as Principal Chief Medical Officer (PCMO) in Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW), has been transferred to South East Central Railway and posted as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD). He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
