Dr Dutt moved as PCMD, NER

Dr Amitava Dutt, who is presently working as Principal Chief Medical Officer (PCMO) in Metro Railway, has been transferred to North Eastern Railway (NER) and posted as Principle Chief Medical Director (PCMD). He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
