Dr Gunjiyal appointed PCMD, NER

Dr. Lakshmi B Gunjiyal, who is presently in North Eastern Railway (NER), has been posted as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD) in the railway itself. She is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
