Dr Hanspal promoted to IG (Medical) grade in CAPFs

Dr D S Hanspal has been promoted to the grade of Inspector General (Medical) in the Combined Medical Cadre of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), National Security Guards & Assam Rifles.
