Dr M Narasimnhan appointed CHD, SER

Dr. M Narasimnhan, who is presently working as Chief Medical Superintendent (CMS) in Southern Railway (SR), has been transferred to South Eastern Railway (SER) and posted as Chief Health Director (CHD). He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
