Dr Maheshwari appointed PCMD, NFR

Dr. Parmanand Maheshwari, who is presently working as Chief Health Director (CHD) in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been posted as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
