Dr Rakesh Kumar resigns as Uttarakhand PSC Chairman
Uttarakhand State Public Service Commission Chairman Dr Rakesh Kumar has resigned from the post. He quit the post only one-and-half years although he had a six-year tenure. He is a 1992 batch IAS officer of Uttarakhand cadre.
