Dr Ramachandra appointed PCMD, SWR

Dr. GS Ramachandra, who is presently posted in South Western Railway (SWR), has been posted as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
