DU VC reappointment statutes amendment approved

The Centre has approved an amendment to the Statutes of Delhi University, enabling the Vice Chancellor's re-appointment.  As per the existing norms, the Delhi University Act prohibited a second term for the Vice-Chancellor via re-appointment.
