As many as eight officers of Maharashtra Forest Service have been awarded Indian Forest Service (IFS) cadre. The officers are: S B Valvi, A T Thorat, S B Chavan, S B Kewate, P B Dhanke, A P Mhase, S M Godbole and S D Wadhai.
