Ex-CS Delhi is now SEC, Delhi

Former IAS officer Vijay Kumar Dev has taken charge as Election Commissioner of the State Election Commission of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Dev, former Chief Secretary of Delhi, will hold office for a term of six years.
