Ex - UGC Chairman appointed Advisor to UP CM

Professor Dhirendra Pal Singh (DP Singh) has been appointed as an Advisor, Education, to the UP CM. He retired as Chairman, UGC. He was VC of Indore, Sagar and BHU Universaties.
