Finally Manoj Malviya emerges as DGP of West Bengal !

The UPSC has put senior most IPS officer Manoj Malviya  number one in the panel for the post of DGP of West Bengal on Monday. He is a 1986 batch IPS officer. Formal orders are expected this evening. Now the ball is in the court of CM Mamta Banerjee.
