First time a professional Vaidya appointed Secretary, AAYUSH in GoI

Perhaps this is for the first time an Ayurveda Practioner Padamshri Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha has been appointed the Secretary by the Government of India. Vaidya Kotecha is now Secretary, AAYUSH for three years on contract basis.
