Five IAS officers of 2004 batch have been promoted to the Super Time Scale in Telangana. The officers are: E Sridhar, Mrs Vakati Karuna, Mrs B Bala Maya Devi, Mrs Anita Rmachandran and Mrs K Nirmala.
