For the first time-non IAS appointed CEO, Prasar Bharti

This is for the first time that a non IAS officer Shashi S Vempati has been appointed a regular CEO of the Prasar Bharti . He was appointed CEO, Niti Digital after LS elections. The post was lying vacant since November last year.
