Former LIC Chairman V K Sharma inducted on M&M Board

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has appointed former Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) Chairman Vijay Kumar Sharma as Non-Executive Non Independent Director of the company who will represent LIC on the Board of Directors of the company.
