Four IAS officers have been given new responsibilities in Punjab. Kulwant Singh has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Mansa, while Vishesh Sarangal joins as Deputy Commissioner, Moga and in addition Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Moga and Uma Shankar Gupta was made Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur. Besides, Rajesh Tripathi was appointed as Deputy Commissioner, Sri Muktsar Sahib.
