GMs of 3 PSBs proposed for merger to help with organizational set-up

All the three banks—Bank of Baroda, Dena Bank and Vijaya Bank under the supervision of their respective CEOs were believed to have identified General Managers with specific domain expertise who will be working in various groups to facilitate smooth organizational set-up of new entity.
