Govt may not appoint new Non Exec Chairman of Vijaya Bank

With merger talks of Vijaya Bank underway, the Central Government may not appoint a new Executive Chairman with cessation of tenure of  G Narayanan , Non Executive Chairman, on August 14 this year. R A Sankara Narayanan is currently the MD & CEO of the Bank.
