Govt website in Sept, Fake flourishes

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has proposed to launch official website and App  of Pradhanmantri Jan Aarogya Yojana (PMJAY) in September month and it will take strict action against fake websites. But fake websites have already come into existence. Recently the Ministry has filed a case against one such fake website. Now question is who is over smart?
