Gyanesh Bharti repatriated to parent cadre

The ACC has approved repatriation of Gyanesh Bharti, IAS (AGMUT: 1998), Deputy Election Commissioner, Election Commission of India, to his parent cadre on the request of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
