Gyaneshwar Singh has been appointed Special Commissioner (Covid-19 Operations) till December 31, 2020 in the Resident Commissioner office, Himachal Pradesh Bhawan, New Delhi. He is a 1999 batch IPS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre. (We  said this in the morning of July 23)
