Harsh Khare posted AGM, Northern Railway

Harsh Khare, who is presently posted as Officer on Special Duty / Electrical Engineering (General) (OSD/EE(G)), Railway Board, has been transferred to Northern Railway (NR) and posted as Additional General Manager (AGM). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
