Haryana govt makes IAS officer Atul Kumar as in-charge of Mahendragarh district (UPDATED)

The Haryana govt on Tuesday entrusted Atul Kumar, IAS (HY:2007), Commissioner & Secretary to Government Haryana, Transport Department with the additional charge as in-charge of Mahendragarh district.
