HC will decide Asthana\'s fate

Now all eyes are on Delhi HC order about bail application of Rakesh Asthana, Spl Director, CBI. The court decision will also decide his fate. Will he stay in Delhi or will he be repatriated to his parent cadre. He is a 1984 batch Gujarat cadre IPS officer.
