Hindusthan Insulators appoints Shailendra Jhalani as Deputy MD

Shailendra Jhalani has been appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-Time Director, designated as Deputy Managing Director, of Hindusthan Insulators & Industries Limited with effect from October 4, 2026. He has resigned as Chief Financial Officer with effect from October 3, 2026 in connection with the new role. Meanwhile, Mool Chand Gauba has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director.
