Hospitality Grant be treated as Office Expenditure

Govt has accepted one more recommendation of 7th PC. Now official Hospitality Grant will be treated as office expenditure on Hospitality and booking of expenditure on this account is to be made under relevant Code Head till opening of a new Code Head exclusively for this purpose.
