Hemant Pat Singhania, who was serving as Non-Executive (Independent) Director of K.M. Sugar Mills Limited, passed away on Wednesday. He was also serving as the chairman of Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relations Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the company.
