ICAR notifies cadre review of scientists'

ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) issued an official communication on identification of Strategic Scientific Areas for the ongoing Cadre Review of Scientists. This is potentially more consequential than an individual transfer because cadre review can affect future scientific posts, deployment and promotional structure.
