India slams Pakistan at UN over Kashmiri Pandit exodus and use of terror

In a sharp Right of Reply at the UN Human Rights Council, India lambasted Pakistan for arming and training the terrorists responsible for the 1990 exodus of Kashmiri Pandits. Indian diplomat Kshitij Tyagi highlighted the irony of Islamabad demanding a human rights inquiry when its cross-border terrorism has killed thousands of Kashmiris across all faiths.

India’s strong rebuttal comes as part of a bigger diplomatic push to expose Pakistan's hypocrisy on the global stage. Reasserting that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India, New Delhi demanded Pakistan vacate occupied territories. Tyagi also contrasted India’s empowered minorities with Pakistan’s shrinking minority communities—who face systemic persecution and forced conversions—urging Islamabad to focus on its failing economy instead of exporting terror.
