IRS-IT officer Kitto Zhimomi to join Nagaland Govt on deputation

An Indian Revenue Service officer of Income Tax cadre, I Kitto Zhimomi is joining the State Government of Nagaland on deputation. The Cadre Controlling Authority of Income Tax Department has relieved him to join the same.
