IRTS officer Dr Nalin Shinghal is new CMD, BHEL

A 1988 batch officer of Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), Dr Nalin Shinghal, presently serving as CMD, Central Electronics Limited, has been appointed as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of a Maharatna PSU, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has reportedly approved his appointment to the post.
